SOCIAL HALL LIGHTING & ELECTRICAL MODERNIZATION
Project Overview
This project will modernize the lighting and electrical infrastructure of our Social Halls, creating a flexible, elegant environment that supports a wide range of events—while honoring the space’s timeless character.
The scope of this project is intentionally adaptable, allowing leadership donors to help determine how transformative the final result will be.
Estimated Investment Range: $50,000–$150,000
(Final cost will depend on the level of lighting design, control systems, and electrical capacity upgrades selected.)
Project Goals
-
Create a flexible, refined lighting environment suitable for formal dinners, lectures, celebrations, and community gatherings
-
Ensure lighting is intuitive to control and adjustable in real time
-
Enhance visual impact while respecting the halls’ original aesthetic
-
Upgrade electrical capacity to support modern audio-visual systems, catering equipment, and contemporary event needs
Why This Matters
Lighting determines atmosphere. Electrical capacity determines possibility. Current electrical limitations restrict the use of modern audio-visual technology and catering equipment.
Addressing both lighting and electrical infrastructure ensures the Social Halls can function beautifully and reliably—without compromises or temporary workarounds. This project allows the space to evolve thoughtfully, supporting today’s needs while preparing for future use.
Underwriting & Naming Opportunity
We are seeking a lead underwriter for the Social Hall Lighting & Electrical Modernization project.
Because the scope is scalable, this leadership gift offers a unique opportunity to shape the level of transformation—from targeted improvements to a comprehensive modernization. The underwriting role includes a naming opportunity, with recognition designed to be elegant and consistent with the character of the space.

TEMPLE OFFICE &
BOARD OF DIRECTORS MODERNIZATION

Project Overview
The Temple Office and Board Room are the administrative and leadership center of our organization. These are the spaces where first impressions are formed, where daily business is conducted, and where decisions shaping the future of the community are made.
Both areas are aging and no longer support modern workflows, technology, or effective space utilization. This project will refresh and redesign these environments to better reflect the professionalism, care, and pride of the community they serve.
Estimated Investment: To be determined based on final scope and design
Temple Office: First Impressions, Productivity & Pride
The Temple Office is often the first point of contact for members, visitors, and partners. It should feel welcoming, organized, and confident—communicating that the institution is thoughtful, capable, and well cared for.
Equally important, it must function as a modern workplace.
The current layout does not adequately support today’s tools, collaboration patterns, or business practices. This modernization will focus on improved space planning that enhances workflow, efficiency, and usability; design choices that support productivity, focus, and staff effectiveness; flexible layouts that accommodate evolving operational needs; and infrastructure that supports modern technology without clutter or compromise.
Well-designed office environments are proven to improve productivity, morale, and clarity of work. This project ensures the people responsible for daily operations are supported by a space that enables them to do their best work.
Board Room: Governance, Education & Connection
The Board Room plays a dual role as both a governance space and a learning environment. It is used not only for board meetings, but also for education, planning, and leadership development.
This project will modernize the room to support reliable, high-quality teleconferencing for effective remote participation; hybrid meetings and instruction that allow broader engagement; and flexible technology suitable for governance, training, and educational use.
By upgrading this space, we ensure leadership and learning can happen efficiently, inclusively, and without technical barriers.
Why This Matters
Strong organizations rely on strong infrastructure behind the scenes. When administrative and governance spaces function well, the entire community benefits—from smoother operations to better decision-making and service.
This project is about stewardship, professionalism, and preparedness—creating spaces that quietly support the mission every day.
An Invitation for Partnership
& Expertise
This project is not only about funding—it is about getting it right.
We are seeking a project sponsor and, ideally, a partner with expertise in space utilization, workplace design, or organizational efficiency to help guide the planning and design process.
Thoughtful input at this stage will ensure the final result is a functional, future-ready, and aligned with best practices in modern office design.
