Online Registration steps: 

1. Click the Register button.

2. An interactive PDF will open.

3. Download the PDF by clicking the arrow pointing down at the top right. 

4. Go to where the file was saved and open the PDF. ( make sure it is open on your desktop and not on the internet) 

5. Please Fill out the information by typing and clicking in the blank boxes. 

6. Once the packet is completely filled out click the download button.

7. Click your default email application. 

8. "Send as an attachment" or "Send to email".

9. Email info@bethsholomlv.org with the filled out PDF attached.
